Important Note
This is an international trip, so:

• Bring your passport and residence permit
• If you’re a new arrival and don’t have your permit yet — no worries! Just make sure your visa allows travel to Belgium
• Make sure you have international data for your phone — so you can navigate and stay in touch 🗺📱
• All personal expenses in Belgium are your own responsibility (meals, souvenirs, etc.)
• Nina.care covers the bus trip and snacks on board 🍪🥤

Pick-up Location and Time
Please choose carefully — changes will not be possible after June 20th, 2025.

Available Pick-up Options:

• 08:30 – Amsterdam P+R Sloterdijk
• 09:00 – Den Haag Central Station (Bus platform)
• 09:15 – Utrecht Central Station
• 10:00 – Breda Prinsenbeek Station (please note: this is not Breda Central)

After the trip, we’ll return by 16:45 same day at drop off location. If you plan to stay in Belgium, no problem—just let us know and remember to tell your host family in advance!

Please note that by joining this event, you agree to allow us to take photos of you and use them for business purposes on Nina.care website and other social medias. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let us know on the day, and we will ensure you are not included in the pictures.
