Non-EU citizens need a visa and residence permit to au pair in Denmark. They need a valid passport, proof of their language ability, a signed au pair contract, a birth certificate, and a secondary school certificate.
The au pair is responsible for the costs of the visa which is 4,040 DKK (€543.15).
